Beware of Fraudulent Social Media Groups and Impersonation of Bay Capital Investment Advisors Private Limited

It has come to the attention of Bay Capital Investment Advisors Private Limited (“Bay Capital”) that certain unauthorised and fraudulent social media platforms are falsely impersonating Bay Capital. These entities are misusing the identity of senior executives and the official address of Bay Capital to create a misleading impression of association, with the intent to lure and defraud members of the public.

We wish to alert all investors and members of the public that:

• Bay Capital, including its employees and senior executives, is not affiliated with any social media groups or individuals on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform offering stock tips, investment training, advisory services, or block trading services.
• Bay Capital has not authorised any individual or entity to create or operate any social media groups, accounts, websites or communication channels (including email/mailbox platforms) on its behalf.
• Bay Capital has no association whatsoever with such fraudulent groups, communications, or social media platforms.
• Investors are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and to immediately exit or disassociate themselves from any such groups, individuals, or platforms falsely claiming association with Bay Capital.
• Bay Capital shall not be held responsible or liable for any losses incurred by individuals who rely upon or act on information, advice, or recommendations disseminated through such fraudulent platforms.

These activities are illegal and unauthorised. Bay Capital strongly condemns any such attempts to deceive and defraud the public. We urge all investors to remain vigilant and not fall prey to such scams.
